Before You Book
What happens during the 30 minutes?
+Your specialist will review your symptoms, medical history, and any previous treatments. Together you'll discuss options and agree on a personalised care plan. If bloodwork or further investigations are needed, we'll arrange those too.
Do I need a referral from my GP?
+No referral is needed. You can book directly and be seen as soon as the same week. We will, however, keep your GP informed if you wish — good continuity of care matters to us.
Is the video consultation as effective as in-person?
+For the vast majority of menopause consultations, yes. Our specialists are experienced in delivering full assessments via video. If an in-person examination is needed, we'll discuss that with you.
What is your cancellation policy?
+We ask for at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule at no charge. Late cancellations may incur a fee, as your slot could have been offered to another patient.
Will I receive a prescription on the day?
+If hormone therapy or other medication is appropriate, your specialist can issue a prescription during or immediately after your consultation. We'll always discuss options before prescribing.
